Tyler Kinch School: Armada Sport: Tennis Highlights: Kinch defeated Imlay City’s Drew Schultz 6-1, 6-0 at first singles in Armada’s 8-0 dual-meet victory on Tuesday. Kinch helped the Tigers improve to 2-0 in the Blue Water Area Conference and 3-2 overall.

Michelle Adamic School: L’Anse Creuse North Sport: Swimming Highlights: Adamic won two events, the 50 freestyle and the 100 freestyle, in LCN’s 96-79 dual-meet victory over Roseville. Adamic had a time of 28.67 seconds in the 50 free and a time of 1:03.19 in the 100 free.

Torico Searcy School: Warren-Mott Sport: Football Highlights: Searcy scored three touchdowns and accounted for 194 yards of total offense in Warren-Mott’s 49-19 victory over Utica. He scored on runs of 65 and 25 yards, and he returned a kickoff 85 yards for another TD. He also had an interception.

Mich’ele Lipari School: De La Salle Sport: Soccer Highlights: Lipari scored two goals to lead De La Salle to a 3-0 victory over Livonia Stevenson, last year’s Division 1 state runner-up, on Sept. 2.

Anthony Johnson School: Parkway Christian Sport: Football Highlights: Johnson, a running back, rushed for 87 yards and three touchdowns in Parkway Christian’s 38-20 victory over Wyoming Lee in a non-league game.

Shayna Barclay School: Center Line Sport: Swimming Highlights:Barclay won both the 50 freestyle and the 100 backstroke in Center Line’s 87-80 victory over Lake Shore. She also was part of the Panthers’ victorious 200 medley relay team.
