Elena Popkey School: Cousino Sport: Basketball Highlights: Popkey totaled 41 points, 17 rebounds, nine assists and 10 steals as Cousino posted victories over Lake Shore and Lakeview last week.

David Pomaville School: Sterling Heights Sport: Hockey Highlights: Pomaville had four goals and five assists in two games as the Warren-Sterling United team won the Kalamazoo Invitational.

Carlay Stahl School: L'Anse Creuse Sport: Basketball Highlights: Stahl scored 24 points, grabbed 14 rebounds and blocked four shots in L’Anse Creuse’s 53-28 victory over Mount Clemens on Jan. 7. Stahl has signed a letter of intent to play college basketball at Findlay.

C.J. Olaniyan School: Warren-Mott Sport: Basketball Highlights: Olaniyan scored 19 points and grabbed 16 rebounds to lead Warren-Mott to a 71-41 victory over Sterling Heights on Tuesday. Olaniyan will play college football at Penn State.

Michael Johnson School: Clintondale Sport: Football Highlights: Johnson recorded a double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds to help Clintondale defeat Lakeview 64-34 in a MAC Silver Division game Tuesday. Johnson will play college football at Western Michigan.

Jack Dischler School: Ford Sport: Swimming Highlights: Dischler won the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:52.21, and he prevailed in the 500 free with a time of 5:07.01 in Ford’s 94-92 MAC White Division dualmeet victory over Chippewa Valley on Tuesday.
